VETERINARIANS

After getting her doctorate in veterinary medicine from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Montreal in 2011, Dr. Pedneault completed an Internship in Applied Veterinary Sciences (AVSI) in companion animal medicine in 2012 at the same institution. 

During her studies, she went to Perou, Ecuador, Thailand and Cambodia to help with rescuing and rehabilitating animals.

After her intership, she joined the team of Hôpital Vétérinaire de l'Est Inc. where she has been practicing companion animal medicine and general surgery since. What Dr. Pedneault likes most to do in the clinic is emergency medicine, surgery and giving care to animals that are hospitalized.

Her four-legged friend is a Boxer breed dog named Lenny.

Dr Ferrer a obtenu son doctorat en médecine vétérinaire de l'Université La Salle à Bogota en Colombie en 1996.

Cinq ans plus tard, il a immigré au Canada et a suivi de la formation supplémentaire, à l'Université de Montréal, pour avoir le droit de pratiquer au Québec. 

En 2007, il a reçu son deuxième doctorat en médecine vétérinaire. L'année suivante, il a complété un Internat de perfectionnement en sciences appliquées vétérinaires (IPSAV) en médecine des animaux de compagnie à la même institution. 

En 2010, il a suivi un cours de physiothérapie vétérinaire à l'Université du Tennessee.
